Everything About 3D Dentures

Dentures come with four surfaces and they are The Tooth surface, tongue surface, cheek and lips surface and the gum surface. Every dentist captures a moulding of the basic surface that is the gum surface. The second one that is tooth surface does not need any impression as it is arranged by the teeth chosen by the dentist. Clinics have not taken impressions of the third and fourth surfaces that is lips and cheek and tongue surface until now.

Rather than taking just one impression, the clinics use a latest, 3D impression technique that is triple impression method, where even the sides of the denture are personalized. These additional impressions make an image of mirror of the tongue inside, and the cheek and lips on the outer part.

The advantages of personalizing a denture or 3D Dentures are as follows:

Unlike traditional dentures, the denture will feel like a part of your in a way

Enhanced size- It is easy to hold the dentures in one place as the shape perfectly fits with various mouth movements.

Minimizes the amount of food particles that is trapped under dentures

The dentures make the face, providing enhanced facial support and much youthful look

They can enhance speech, specifically for those who had issues with speech with their dentures earlier.

It is crucial to know that this method is not an alternative for making various other aspects of dentures properly.
